property as a Sydney Pied-a-terre, as their children were studying at Sydney universities.

We refurbished the original front portion to bring the lady back to her former glory, and gutted the rear to make way for a contrasting sleek kitchen, guest bathroom and dining

room. We optimised the level change creating a bright new double volume space, which also provides light to the new guest bathroom and former pockey stairwell. A new terrace steps down to a lower level parking area.

The upstairs was maintained and refurbished, with new bathrooms replacing the existing ones.
