Our client is a developer, and we had designed two homes for him, when he approached us to design a pair of townhouses. The site was perfect for a development, being relatively flat, with great views over an open parkland. As this was a development with the aim of profiting from the build, our design approach was to create something different to the standard offer, but still utilising standard domestic construction methods.

We designed two townhouses with generous living and sleeping accommodation, including courtyards and separate pools for each home. While we did not administer the actual build, we developed the materials and finishes for two different and contemporary homes.
